[Overseas Return Regulations]
1. Overseas delivery products can only be refunded due to defective products or incorrect delivery.
. You can't get a refund due to a simple change of heart.
. No exchange or repair.
2. Refund request.
.You can apply for a refund within 7 days of receiving the product, and you must hand over the product to FedEx within 14 days.
.Returns will be made through FedEx, and once the refund process is confirmed, today's vintage will provide you with information on collection.
3. Refund process.
a. If you click the Apply for Refund button on My Page, you can put in an inquiry and apply for a refund.
b. Registration of refund products, reasons, proof photos, etc. (pictures without tags removed)
c. Receipt/return of refund after checking whether there is a defect in today's vintage.
d. Return through FedEx.
e. Refund is processed if there is no abnormality after inspection of the returned product.
4. Refund amount.
.If the return inspection turns out to be today's vintage fault, we will refund the [first shipping fee + refund product price + return shipping fee] for the refund product.
.If the return inspection turns out to be not today's vintage negligence, you can only get a refund on the price of the product, excluding the initial delivery fee and the return delivery fee.
5. If a refund is impossible,
. In the case of simple change of mind,
